Marla Caceres is a host, facilitator, improviser and writer.
Marla’s hosting credits range from on-air cooking shows, bilingual trade show demonstrations, and facilitating multi-day general sessions for international companies. Engagements include such organizations as Amway, Shire, AbbVie, NetApp, and the Chicago Auto Show.
Her comedy credits include Second City debuts in the Kennedy Center and La Jolla Playhouse, the long-running Whirled News Tonight at the iO Theatre, the Late Night Jam at ComedySportz in Chicago, and Improv Acadia in Bar Harbor, Maine.
As a writer, Marla creates content for Onion Labs, the branded content division of The Onion, as well as corporate videos and live corporate sketch for Second City Works.
Marla holds a Bachelor of Arts in journalism from the University of Florida, and studied improv and writing at the iO Theatre and The Second City.
A Miami native, Marla resides in Chicago with her husband, son, daughter, and bear-sized dog.
